Normally this recipe calls for Yamazaki Whiskey, but I didn't have any so I substituted a single malt scotch whiskey.
Now I know purists will say there are only two ways to drink scotch: with ice and without. And I hear ya. This drink is not for you. This is for those interested in scotch but not wanting to just jump into the the deep end.
2 oz scotch // 4 oz apple cider // pinch cinnamon // apple slices // cinnamon stick
